- The executive board members of this organization shall be the
president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, teacher
representative, and principal.
- The term of office of the executive board members shall be one
year. 3. The president shall serve as chairperson of the board.
- The Executive Board shall select a bank for the purpose of
maintaining an Organization bank account. Funds deposited in said
bank shall be withdrawn by checks signed by the Treasurer or
President for approved expenditures. The Executive Board may
disperse up to $100 for expenditure. Any expenditure over $100 must
be approved by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
- The executive board shall transact necessary business in
person, by phone, or email between meetings of the organization and
such other business as may be referred to it by the organization.
- One member in addition to the treasurer, may authorize the
payment of routine organizational bills within the limits of the
budget adopted by the organization, and may authorize the payment of
other bills not to exceed a total of $100.00 between meetings of the
organization without the approval of the organization.
- The executive board shall create committees as are deemed
necessary to promote the objectives and to carry on the work of the
organization.
